Problem transferring MAID tokens to HitBTC exchange

Has anyone else had a problem when transferring MAID tokens to the HitBTC exchange? I sent MAID tokens from my OMNI wallet about 6 months ago but the tokens never turned up in my account. The exchange has told me the tokens were sent to an address that is no longer used and it will have to be correted manually because of security reasons. The address I sent to tokens to was provided by the exchange, not an error on my part. I keep emailing them about this but they keep telling me I’ll have to be patient because it has to be dealt with manually. The tokens are still in the address I sent them to, but can’t see why it would take this long to rectify the problem. I’ve also seen lots of comments about the integrity of this exchange saying they do stuff like this frequently to keep the tokens. I would appreciate any help or advice about this as I’m very concerned I’ve lost my large bag of MAID tokens to a scam exchange…help!!

If you sent them to the address they provided its their fault.
Id say 6 month is to long, but i dont deal with hit btc and have no clue on their own rules / legal requirements.

It seems like your in an odd situation.
This should have been fixed months ago
Definately dont give up and keep communicating with them.
Hopefully you will get it sorted.

The exchange wallet ie currently in maintenance. It might be that they’re performing some sort of upgrade and need to wait till it’s completed befkre they can do the manual transfer required. I’d wait and see what happens after the wallet is out of maintenance.
