We are doing an internal test at 3PM London time. Assuming all goes well, we will be launching the next round of test shortly after as expected.
You will be running nodes the same as before, the only major difference is we will be tracking rewards through an ETH wallet address instead of a Discord name. To ensure you are ready for the test, you must have this address. You can easily create one using MetaMask for free.
If you have already created a wallet, please hold tight for further announcements today.
Something I’ve been wondering about: In the upcoming testnet and beyond, is there an advantage to using an NVMe storage drive versus an external USB SATA with Launchpad?
There is no advantage at this point or in the near future. Personally I always try to futureproof my own equipment so it can easily be repurposed, but for the sake of Autonomi nodes those 20 TB HDDs look tempting due to the cost per TB compared to SATA and NVMe SSDs. @VaCrunch
Are there plans to airdrop some Arbitrum Sepolia ETH into our wallets, and some (ANT tokens) just a few $ would allow some test uploads ? or do we need to do some faucet wrangling ? if we want to try out uploads at some point…
is that a test like a “test run that will likely take until stages start” or more a test like “checking everything works at every devs machines”
I cleaned everything out a few months back to swap for Emaid.
I still have about $5 worth of MATIC that I can maybe convert to ETH. And a tiny bit ANY.
Everything else is on a hardware wallet and I wont be connecting that to anything till I see how things go.
Its all in OMNI Maid anyway
Click the network in the top left of the MM window. Now go to Polygon mainnet and click the red trashcan to remove it. Now re add it. Does that fix the issue?
