the only network(s) running right now are the community comnets and they keep falling over 
@DeusNexus set up that bot New SAFE Network Wallet Bot and it worked fine at the time IIRC.
If the network could be persuaded to stay up then that Telegram bot and similar could be a very cheap GUI to spread awareness right now.
At least until we get the browser back…
