Me too, my nodes have been running 4 hours (since fairly soon after start) and only 6/20 have chunks. It was just two in the first few minutes but has increased gradually.

Seems an old issue has resurfaced, I think. Those that did not have records shortly after still don’t. But who knows, late bloomers perhaps.

@joshuef My large upload has not hung 
However, this seems a bit inefficient for such a large number of chunks. 53451 for a directory with some subdirectories containing 27G of videos. It hasn’t started uploading after nearly 3 hours. The logfile is busy showing it seeming to be getting storecost for every chunk, which means the pricing will be hours old before it begins uploading.

After 14 hours it is at 21000/53451 and the logfile remains busy although I’ve not examined what is happening there.
Interestingly in current stage (above) it took 11 hours to get to 21000 (1900/hour) but only two hours to get from 25000 to 35000 (10000/hour), so it is getting through these chunks five times quicker than it did overnight.
UPDATE this eventually completed but with errors about wallet balance zero. I checked the history to make sure I had cleaned out safe/client and run the faucet but I see I then deleted the safe/client directory again

I have 41 total nodes. Only 7 have any chunks.

What HW are you running on? It looks like your speed of chunking is around 2.65 MB/s which is terribly slow. My old ntb does it around 25 MB/s and my PC does chunking around 60 MB/s.

It’s a high end laptop. A few years old but not a slow machine.

That should be gone in a new release. That should have been removed from main. We’ll be exposing a command to write out suspect/susprise store locations to debug any missing files soon.
That may well be the “lost nodes” again, then. (As noted in the OP, something we’re checking for w/r/t the mem leak. Aaaand from your charts I’d say that “fix” may be the cause here 
)
edit: looking at your charts and our own resource usage I’d say that is indeed the source of the leak. Shame It’s not sorted by the larger contacts file. Though, we’ll have to look at something else there, (cc @benno could we just rebootstrap if we’ve been inactive and have no chunks perhaps?)
