I’ve had no rewards for quite a few hours… yesterday yielded a good amount, but nothing since last night.
Is this the same for others, or is there likely an issue with my nodes? Perhaps uploads have slowed again?

No rewards for the past 24 hours from 22 nodes. I think it is because there are sooo many nodes and very few chunks to go around. That will change when the early wrinkles have been handled and Autonomi start to push some data.
You can do safenode-manager stop --service-name <SERVICE_NAME> wait few minutes and then start, it helped me with 0 connection nodes.
Or you can do safenode-manager remove --service-name <SERVICE_NAME>
Vdash just showed that some new nanos arrived this morning. So the nanos are still on it’s way it seems.
Because of fast shifting peers I’d expect. Using relays seem to cause peers to drop off too much and having to get other peers.
Is the figure for home-network lower?
Well with their 2000 nodes they should get a clearer picture and I think they do something as well since they come out with a count.
Another forum member has taken it over. Based on a large amount of cloud nodes which I don’t intend to run.
He will share when ready.
I dont use --home-network I port forward and another member who does the same sees the same node count when looking from home nodes.
I have some cloud nodes and those match other vps user counts ![]()
I had some rewards (44 nanos i think) from just starting 20 yesterday for a few hours. Sadly, I had deleted the directory before I realised it (due to issues with node shutdown)! ![]()
So, some rewards must be arriving. I guess the question is, what is being uploaded to trigger the rewards? Will there be a big reveal soon? ![]()
current network estimate
https://network-size.autonomi.space/
i’m sure maidsafe might have different means than the estimation-fomula - but as of now my estimate was pretty precisely the numbers that @JimCollinson put out - i’m rather confident my numbers are good ![]()
ps: since i don’t want my monitoring to suffer this site does a static database call every 5 minutes and serves that data to everybody visiting … i’ll not gonna make this a dynamic time range ![]()
Is there an easy way to do this atm or do we need to do the wallet file shuffle (i.e. switch the main wallet file for a node wallet file, then initiate a transfer from the latter to the former)?
trying to get begblag up but its taking time to earn them nanos ![]()

It looks like my nanos got whisked away as beta rewards already! ![]()
iv got 200 nodes set aside for spends ![]()
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are building nodes yourself for some reason, you will need to set some env variables otherwise your nodes will not forward earnings correctly.
We can see several users are running nodes using the _default forwarding pk_ for encryption. This is not currently supported in the DAG.
If you want to build the software you will need to set your env variables to:
- `PAYMENT_FORWARD_PK=8c2f406a52d48d48505e1a3fdbb0c19ab42cc7c4807e9ea19c1fff3e5148f3bbe53431ec5a07544aaeef764e073e4b2f`
- `GENESIS_PK=b38f61b8df2cc7d86ceb1039cc23c9e1e2857a97e59ce01a6b1a5d6f7fa5311b521efb158fcdb66113986058ec9e25c8`
- `NETWORK_ROYALTIES_PK=8c027130571cea2387a0ceb37c14fec12849015be1573ea6d0a8e4d48da2c1fbe2907ae7503bb7c385b21e2d7ac9d6ff`
Posting here, in a more familiar environment… @qi_ma @joshuef I’m not sure how to fix this PK issue…I used the standard binaries, not built…could it be an issue with the ARM build?
On a similar theme:
just mentioning here … i’m seeing this on a rpi3, a rpi4 and arm vps … so in total quite a significant number of nodes (at least in my world) … as @stout77 i’m using the standard binaries (arm7 / arm64) installed through safeup … and i don’t see any arm machine without the issue - and not any machine not being arm having the issue …
If I’m following this discussion properly I’m guessing that is why while my nodes are getting cashnotes I’m getting nothing with /rank in Discord. think it’s time to stop my 20 nodes on my Pi4 and startup some on my workstation and go back to the Pi later when the fix is in.
Here’s a “new” release for linux arm users who have been having issues due to wrong keys (due to missing compile time env vars): Release sn_node-v0.108.3-alpha.1 · maidsafe/safe_network · GitHub
As an alpha I believe this wont be picked up by the launchpad as yet. So if you’re running linux arm and want to test it out, please give it a go and let us know.
(There are no functional node changes here, just changes to the build process to allow the cross compiler to access the correct keys for reward forwarding etc).
I wonder what data maidsafe is uploading to the beta network. In case this version of beta goes all the way to launch, I’m hoping they are up loading something profound. Here are some suggestion:

Also, “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” great book written by a Scotsman. You have to have Oscar Wilde too. How about “The Importance of Being Earnest”. Also the original Autonomi white paper.
