The US gov. via DARPA started funding mRNA vaccines in 2011. They were all-in on pfizer and moderna’s products. Many US politicians were invested in these two companies. So, yeah - they weren’t going to let a Chinese or Russian competitor steal the global markets for their plandemic.

You barely understand the history, the relevance or how the mRNA platform works and why it was researched as an extremely promising technology to eradicate whole categories of diseases, decades before COVID-19 blipped on the radar.
The usual suspect for a potential pandemic was any flu variant, and the scientific world has been monitoring them for almost a century. mRNA research was just one of the many most potential platforms that were the favourites for a potential cure-all not only for infectious diseases but also for some non-infectious diseases, especially neoplasms.
The fact is that the mRNa research was halfway done when the COVID outbreak was beginning.
You should be greatful that your taxes were at least for once spent on a project that had the foresight and preparedness to be useful in an actual crisis.

I am a former professional molecular biologist and I’ve researched the mRNA platform quite well -including it’s history. You have missed the fact that prominent researchers dumped mRNA vax research early on because of it’s inherent problems - problems that remain unresolved and have led to a lot of pain and suffering for innumerable people.
Again, a reflection, of your own “drinking of the kool-aid” of the globalist oligarchy - who own (control) the boards of all major western corporations who profit from the lies they sell.
