They shut down an exchange that wasn’t playing by their rules (Bitzlato) and arrested it’s owner/founder.
People behind a popular exchange for trading among criminals on the dark web were arrested. Among the criminals using the exchange, some of them are hacker groups with ties to the Russian government and such. Bitzlato is the name of the exchange and placed in Hong Kong.
Thanks. I guess then it is significant for them and involving cooperation internationally. Seems they see it as up there with “breaking into the dark web (tor) to arrest those people”

The impression I got when listened to the representatives from the Justice Department and FBI, was that they were certain about the involvements of different actors and groups.
