Is this a scam?
I have actually talked to the guy behind Ferrum, Ian Friend, but it was a loooong time ago. Seemed a nice guy and was keen to help.

10th of March 140,000 btc from Mt Gox will start being distributed back to creditors.
But wait, there’s more!
March special this month only it is dbl whammy March with 17 million staked eth unlock 4 days later.
Don’t worry we have St Patrick’s day to look forward to.
Some new crypto project that tries to incentivize running a Tor node.
I don’t know much about it, but maybe some people here find this interesting.
High risk though as it is a new ERC20 project. There are a lot of scams here…
Shame the “full faith and credit of the United States Government” ain’t worth a plugged nickel, cowboy
Heres a cowboy warbling about a nickel
imAGIne if AGI can warble about everything @ the reward of 1 nanoSAFE… why reward it more? if the challenge = 2 augment…

I wish I was brave enough to jump on Hearts scam tokens, would be rich many times over. Wonder what this pulse thing does that hex does not, can’t be Richard Hearts pulse because he have no heart that heartless self centered animal.
It is a clone of the entire ERC-20 standard I think. So all coins on ERC-20 will have a clone on PulseChain. No fan of Richard myself but it supposed to have much lower gas fees. I’m skeptical still. We shall see.
Standard Richard no Heart, giving you a worthless copy and he takes the Eth and drives of into the sunset. Eth = worth a lot, a clone and so called wrapped = not so much. And then he wants you to lock in the funds, so called staking, while he inflates and sells at a relative higher price. Standard Heart moves from what I understand. When he is done and depleted the source then he will continue to create the next coin, blood or oxygene coin.
From crypto and sometimes this forum I have learned that names in crypto often means the opposite example Heart = No Heart, Bank man = No where near a Bank man, more like Ponzi Bank man.
So strange, Richard Heart be like, I am jesus, believe in me and people be like, ok sounds amazing, we believe in you whatever you do.

Does this mean an eMaid fork too?
Excuse my ignorance but does the value of a token not depend on the team and community behind it. So if I fork MAID, jMAID has the same value as eMaid. Obvs not, how is this not a scam?
The way I see it jMAID will have more value as I will at least try to keep up… what is pulse MAID, nothing, a ghost token?
This makes no sense to me.
If the community wanted to adopt it to save on fees we could.
That is the point of creation i think.
As they wont be honoured in the swap they are useless / worthless though.
Were simply not using them.
And the gas for switching to other chains makes up for any possible gains.
Pulse MAID won’t be redeemable for SNT and so will have little if any value. Any value will probably come from scams and those buying because they are confusing it with MAID/eMAID.
Well the coins are already on the chain .
So it would be 1 gas fee to a burn address, then save, im not convinced your math would add up the way you expect.
