somethings broke 
doing a fresh install after clearing all old files out cant get any tokens from faucet.

Uploading for me is very poor. I can upload single/multiple filsafes of a few MB, but anything large grinds to a halt while uploading chunks. After ten or so it become < 1/minute and by 20 chunks it is minutes / chunk so I kill the upload. This is over a mobile broadband hotspot.
Can someone send tokens to me at the following wallet so I can try uploading from the cloud:
