I could imagine people switching to other pumping coins, etc. Tbh though, I would be giving this project to at least Christmas, to see what presents arrive, even if I was suffering from FOMO on another coin.
Maybe it is just hitbtc moving to another internal wallet though? Ha!
I think instant exchanges such as Changelly and Simpleswap use HitBTC for liquidity.
It kind of makes sense to me that they would run low especially if US users are using those services to accumulate.

If someone would decide to buy the book empy on Bittrex, buying 60 BTC in MAID, the price could theoretically and maybe even practically explode to $19,30. Correction: $1,93, but after that there is no book anymore

I can only hope there are still some users that are willing to sell their MAID to jump on the BTC bandwagon. Just wait a few more hours, my BTC transaction to Bittrex got stuck being cheap on the fees

I canāt see the Bittrex order book, but I did similar math looking at what BTC orders of varying sizes on Changelly would do to the price.
- 50 BTC would push the price to ~$1.52
- 150 BTC = ~$4.52
- 750 BTC = ~$24
If a whale or a few demi-whales took a decent position in MAID, things would get very interesting very quickly.

You donāt expect supply on the sell side to rocket if price goes up? what is the sell supply elasticity for differnet price levels?
What % of daily total volume does changelly have? Daily volume / daily all markets total volume * price = new price.

Depends on why people are buying. Personallyā¦
- if I saw a 10x in a short timeframe at the beginning of a bull market
- on a coin that currently has such a small market cap,
- knowing what I know about whatās likely to come development-wise over the next 12 months
ā¦there is no way Iād sell. But, Iād be happy to take MAID off of the short-sited weak-hands, of which I suspect there would be many.

Iām really not sure where the real selling pressure would begin. When looking at TA Iād be willing to sell a portion around the 7 to 9k satoshi range. I highly doubt that would be before we hit new ATH dollar wise. Iām definitely a believer we can see a 50x this bull run dollar wise.
Perhaps Iāll be the loser holding to long, but Nobody is buying from me anytime soon.

I donāt have any automation set up for this so thatās just a small bit of manual inspection. Maybe thereās more significant patterns there but I canāt tell. Doesnāt seem to be moving into a new cold storage.

Some good data here. Thank you for that. It makes sense. Youāve got a year or so to be discovered and a year of proliferation beyond that to reach critical mass. I guess the question will be does the rate of adoption follow the price or will the amount of money floating around in the crypto space make prices hit the stratosphere the moment the real network launches? Should be a good show either way

At that rate of 9804 coins per hour leaving hitbtc, they will be out of coins in another 54 hours (2.25 days).
Not sure whatās going on here but it seems to be accelerating.
