MaidSafeCoin (MAID & eMAID) - Price & Trading topic (Part 2)

I was thinking the same. With such low liquidity, tests looking good may mean a few people want to accumulate a bit, which can push prices up, and when there’s a less stable test, some may get a bit scared and want to downsize their holdings.

I know steady tests with a high degree of functionality make me want to accumulate more… especially knowing that once it’s good enough, there will be a degree of hype around ‘beta’ and communication of the marketing plans etc.

Let’s hope the stability remains and progress continues at a pace!

Price down to 708 so I am not sure about any correlation between testnet performance and perceived token value - sadly.

I know a couple of folk who will be wishing they had held on a few weeks before buying in… including me.

Why didn’t you? What was driving your decision to buy then?

There were little volume when price goes down. Lets hope some reversal :crossed_fingers:

Positive movement and available funds.

Somewhat off-topic but it appears preev.com is no more…

preev.net seems to do a similar job though.

BTC seems to be up which may be reason for the MAID price going down as weak hands prefer to hold BTC for now.

has the final storm been weathered?

Some bargains to be had…

Ignore this Market Not Found crapola unless in the US

Can you shed any light to what features or capabilities or circumstances are required for that Public Beta?

Much more detail coming soon, but there isn’t much more from a tech pov that takes us from Alpha to Beta. One key part may be the MAID redemption process, but not too much more.

Hold on a second,

Are you saying converting MAID to SNT is just around the corner?

Nobody put that on my local billboard.

We want to test the process during Beta, yes.

Just so everybody knows what to expect, how it works, and is generally comfortable before go-time.

Is there anyone here that is buying Omni MAID p2p? I have some and am considering selling a bit. If so what process is good to use, how do you escrow? I’m in America and can’t sell on exchange. Thanks

@Southside has been known to help folk out with this. I’d ask him directly.

I’m wondering if you can use Omni wallet’s P2P exchange instead of an Escrow? I assume USA users could access it.

Does anyone here have experience using Omniwallet’s P2P exchange?

(Edit: probably no point considering this, as you’d need to want to trade for USDT on Omni, which is hard to buy anywhere these days, or Omni token, which is completely illiquid)

@Dimitar has in the past offered to escrow. Maybe you can ask him if he is willing to. Most here trust him.

Yes, I have helped several people without charge. Everything in my power to leave @Southside without pocket money for beer :dragon:
