I can’t imagine selling at these prices, but I don’t think many are. The order book is very thin on the sell side, so it’s hard to buy much without pushing the price up.

Less than $4k buys would push the price to 900 sats
A 20k buy wall at 900 sats will likely evaporate as the price rises.
The real buy wall is at 1500.

If they have “financial problems” I would not recommend putting money into a volatile asset like crypto, MAID included.
While I really believe MAID/eMAID/SNT will pay off some day, it’s still a huge risk. I would not put any money into it you can’t afford to lose.

Sorry to hear about your parents, times are hard.
What you could do, depending on your own finances, appetite for risk, generosity levels, and so on, is pick a percentage of your own coins which seems small now - 5, 10, 20%. Pick a date - January 1st 2025, 2028, or some more significant date in your one of their lives, wedding anniversary, you can be creative - and tell yourself you’ll calculate on that date what the percentage is worth, and transfer it to your parents on the Safe Network.
You can keep all this to yourself, and nonetheless have a fixed plan for it. Therefore you don’t stress them out, you shoulder the risks yourself, and know you have something set aside for them.

Well I would hope so, because I chuckle thinking of anyone paying for the fees otherwise.
I don’t think there’s a way to use the lightning network from omniwallet (the website).

Uniswap is ok but not for trading or price finding. Pools are more like swap coins at a given price compared to trading on orderbook exchanges. For the larger picture and success of the project, centralized exchanges will play a very important role. It’s important a lot of people can see the bigger picrture beyond personal needs and wants.

Crazy. Remember that video showing a Timelapse of the first coins in the top ten on coin market cap? MAID was near the top and would go down and back up to the top then completely disappeared. It would be interesting to make one where it follows MAID instead of just the top 10 to see how far away it got before getting back there.
There must be an issue, by marketcap it should be at 313. I vaguely remember @JimCollinson saying something now that I think about it.

Oh yeah, I think they used total supply of SNT rather than the actual circulating supply of MAID. Something like that.

Yeah, it’s down to the fact CMC have set us to “self reported”. Frustrating.
Seemed to happen after eMAID.
As always with these crypto listing/reporting it’s way more of a faff to get sorted than it should be.
CMC are also blaming it on low liquidity (classic!) whereas coingecko are fine with it, but have cocked things up in and entierly different way.
Andrew is on the case though!
