Yes! In Wave 2 because Wave 1 is now full. You just have to watch out on Discord:-

for when Wave 2 becomes open. Then you can get rewarded for running nodes.
But you can still run nodes in Wave 1 or the current Alpha testnet to get ready for Wave 2:-
There isn’t a GUI yet but there will be soon.
At the moment it is CLI only or with a Terminal User Interface which requires a bit of knowledge to download and use. I have to admit I’ve not tried it yet but will soon.
But the instructions on the Testnet page for starting nodes using the CLI (Terminal) are good and you’ll be able to get a node started. If you post in there we’ll be able to help.
The Mac version works just as well as the Linux and Windows versions.
