We’re super excited to let you know that the Autonomi beta is officially up and running.

Run a node, earn rewards, control your data, and help build an internet that’s ready for the future. Private, secure and owned by you.

Time to start some nodes

  1. Open the Node Launchpad
  2. Reset it (if you haven’t done so already)
  3. Add your Discord Username by using [Ctrl + B]
  4. Add some Nodes and get started with [Ctrl +G].
  5. You are underway! It can take a few minutes for your nodes to connect.
  6. Check your progress using the Discord Bot. If you’re in the Beta Reward Program you’ll see your place on the leaderboard as soon as your first Nanos land.

If you need support…

  • We have dedicated channels available for Beta Participants
  • The Discord general chat is always a great place to start
  • Power users can get in-depth support over on the forum

This is likely repayment/resending of the same payment. I’m not sure that’s filtered out, and there’s been a lot of repayment with the network stress on teh bootstrapping nodes so far

It is hard to tell the state of the network without the ability to put/get.

Rewards seems to have slowed tremendously.

Are Maidsafe still adding data?

Yeah still adding data! Just very steady still at the moment, and working on some optimisation and a few fixes, so it’s still advantageous to keep in minimal for the time being.

Hopefully start opening up the taps next week.

Not going to complain about that. Thought I was ready, but it appears 10 years of preparation was not enough, a few more days to cross t’s is very much needed. :joy:

Yeh, small batches. The relay server issue is a bit of a pain point perf wise at the moment (fixes coming down the pipe though!). So I’m glad we dont have folk trying to upload at the moment honestly!

Serious question though, we have not seen David for a while on the forum or discord. I am starting to get worried that his change of role might have been triggered in part by health issues :frowning:
I really hope I am completely wrong.

Whatever it is this place isn’t the same without him.

It may just be to give the new CEO room to do her thing.
Would however be terrible to launch the network without him after all these years.

Hoping for his return after a very well deserved break!
