Currently @happybeing has a web browser app in development and due to the lack of nanos is unable to continue his work.
Currently the top 4 node operators have come to an agreement to running 1k nodes each ownerless.
We were wondering if operators in position 5, 6 & 7 would like to also join in so we can get coins for the browser demo fund ?

Iām a little below the top 7 rank, but Iāll set up some nodes to collect for happybeingās work. Iāll probably need some help figuring out how to transfer etc!
We have a script for gathering the nanoes so donāt worry about it
Iām not sure how many nodes everyone running if your sub 1k Iād say donāt worry about it and keep competing
I guess the time needed to collect coin depends a bit on the earning rateā¦ Right now rewards are a bit thin spreadā¦ So 24 hours might not be enough to provide sufficient coin for nice and shiny websites
We can review at 24h and extend if necessary
Iām a little over 1000. Iāll spin up a new VPS, and then once HappyBeing has sufficient, Iāll use it for competing
Great idea, Iāve always dreamed of being invited to join a Cartel! 
Yesterday I was on the 7th place in the ranking, today because of the indexing of the bot I returned to the 6th place. I have 3 machines that are currently with me with a total of 200 nodes and I can join them to the Cartel.
Can you write how this is done here in case we manage to trick the little fish into joining the scheme?

Just restart the nodes with out owner set and the nanoes will stay in your node wallets.
When we decide review at 24 hours just run a script to collect the nanoes.

Are you using safe node manager or launch pad ?
On 2 of the computers the launcher, which makes me think it might not start after the resetā¦ Tell me about the node manager?

With the launcher youād probably just reset everything cleanly and start nodes without entering your discord id
With the node-manager you āusually doā (for beta rewards being counted) a
safenode-manager add --count 3 --owner dimitar
And now you just leave out the owner
safenode-manager add --count 3

May I suggest people hang onto the nanos they collect for now because while I can use some, others may soon be needing nanos to publish websites to the beta network. I think I can get the basic stuff up with not too much in donations, and once thatās there it will not just be me but anyone who wants to publish a site who can request a donation for that.
@Traktion @loziniak and other devs might also appreciate help and Iād be happy for them to share in this, so donāt be shy if you have something you think the community would like to support.

And a happy twist is, that nanos used for uploading websites go back to the game, and can be collected again! This could be checked mathematically, but my gut feeling is that if every operator added letās say 10% more nodes for testing purposes, they would collect same amount of nanos for the contest regardless.
Iād qualify @happybeing as builder imo. Really Maidsafe should setup separate test faucet for builderās to acquire and even recycle test nanos separate from the Beta waves so they can do development work, that would likely mean issuing test safenode instances labelled to each specific builder which accepts test nanos also labelled with the builder id āfor test use onlyā , non?
A small allocation based on a proposal/request and previous participation would be enough, and easy to administer.
I think they have something planned for beta but right now obviously they have hands full.
But in the mean time the community have got this.
I have 1 of my 15 nodes not set to send nanos. I need a single nano to start my script for tracking upload costs because you need a balance to run the estimate option. You can have the rest though when I get some from that node!
