Distributed Press - tools for decentralised publishing and integration

Distributed Press is a system (API, tools, and services) to help publish web content to multiple decentralised platforms, and integrate those websites with each other (eg federated distribution and comment systems). It currently provides easy routes to publish static or CMS based websites to IPFS and Holepunch, and I think could be extended to publish to Safe Network.
