Switching my drives/Something seems to have caused a big node-running problem?

I am having an experience very similar to the person in the following image:

I’m not sure if they fixed their problem. Mine isn’t resolving.

I followed this guide to refresh everything about my nodes/launchpad:

This fixed a “separate” issue I had where Launchpad would disappear instantly. I don’t have that problem anymore. But the problem regarding nodes not starting at all because of a router(?)/? issue is persisting. I don’t have mac/linux, only Win11, two internal drives, 2 external with a PC tower. I went from internal to external, but now both internal and external drives are not allowing nodes to be added.

There was another event that occurred around all this, where Windows Defender found whatever this is, which I researched and read it’s OK to have an exception for it:

Did you run the program as super user?
Windows should be call it administrator.

BTW , Windows Defender is dumb, compiling under Windows is a nightmare. Always cross compiling from other OS to support windows user😂
