Public report of the ANT Foundation treasury

Does the Foundation have plans to show what the ANT, which is under its control, spends on? @JimCollinson

I sent a request to the legal representative of the Autonomi Foundation:

Did they reply?

Yes, they said that there is no general legal obligation for Swiss foundation to publish annual activity or financial reports publicly or to provide them to third parties upon request and if I want to contact the Swiss Foundation Supervisory Authority for public information.

Thanks for the reply. I expected something like that.

Lets assume the foundation will be transparent and release, for the sake of decentralization

For the sake of decentralization I sent a request to the supervisory authority.

Click on any transaction in UniSwap and click on the wallet address that funded the wallet:

Keep clicking on (because the money moves every 1-2-5 days to a new wallet) and you will get to a transaction for 2 million ANT coming from the foundation’s wallet: https://arbiscan.io/tokentxns?a=0xd10a556e6a5111b5d4dd5ae06761d41f6ce1d499

Who were these tokens given to and why is it trading from different addresses? Is it a private individual or a paid market maker? If it’s the former, it’s ok. If it’s a paid market maker, it’s not ok.

ok - i See

still not understanding why you’re making it your job to try and find out what’s going on with 0.167% of total ANT supply …
… and i fail to see why you would care in any case …

Because I provide liquidity in UniSwap and I am directly affected. Also, public asking for public money is allowed, right?

what is public money?

but you can ask anything you want

The foundation’s ANT is not their personal property, or am I mistaken?

The ANTs from this wallet are a direct transfer, not an airdrop. My explanation is that they are the foundation’s ANTs and my assumption is that they gave 2 million ANTs to a third party or a market maker company.

If it is a third party, the person is free to trade as they wish.

If it is a market maker, it is not correct for them to trade because the Foundation has no right to do so directly or indirectly as far as I understand. If I am wrong, I expect someone to correct me.

Isn’t the point of the foundation to help Autonomi survive and then grow? If we need volume to get exchanges and keep exchanges so be it.

is the point that it reduces your share in the liquidity game? Oo

I am seeing a lot of outgoing transfers from that wallet (in total ~40 million ANT) and you’re interested in those 2 million ANT that you think may be used for things you don’t think are “right” …?
