Thanks I know that, but tasks never ending, they just add new…
This is like The Surprise Test Paradox:
I call this the paradox of the smart people. You are smart and think and think - and you get tortured and tortured…
Because I am stupid and know that the network will be ready - someday. I am not trying to predict when a group of people will complete all the tasks…
People’s actions are extremely difficult to predict. People leave, people get sick, people go out on vacation…
So I recommend you to be stupid like me
They are adding new tasks but someday they will add the last one and it will be the real last one before Alpha 3… Be stupid, feel happy ![]()
Which new features have been added to that plan since its inception? Which feature has not steadily progressed every week?
The team have completed the research phase and spent considerable time putting together the project plan. From observation, they have been executing the tasks well and the features are completing one by one. I have been very pleased to see this and the weekly updates are reflecting the progress. It is an exciting time!
Predictably though, you are here again, posting the same old stuff. I suspect when they deliver Fleming, you will be posting the same old stuff a couple of weeks later about Maxwell taking ages too.
SAFENetwork is ambitious. It is breaking new ground in many directions. Some of this ground is rocky, some mountainous, some flat. You cannot know the lay of the land until you have walked it. Surely, this has long been obvious?
its just cause people got their money involved. If they didn’t it would just seem like oh nice the progress bar has moved forward, now I will go back to not really caring until next time I swing by the check. When your invested though, you want to look every day and see huge breakthroughs in progress. That is just not possible either way, but once invested you really start wishing it was and maybe even enter into some delusional thinking it could be if people just worked harder. For me it’s more the community I “demand” hurry up and grow. If it was just a project someone was doing I was interested in I would be like wow this community is bigger then nothing and quite active… I am satisfied. As an investor though, I am like damn we need to actively invite new people in cause this is no where near enough to send the price to moon ![]()
Actually there are two types of R&D projects and many ambitious projects run the risk of becoming the bad type if there is not decent management. These two (broad) types are convergent and divergent.
In the early stages of the project there is understandably a lot of divergence because the project is in R&D and you have to find out the things you do not know yet and from that there is often a divergence as more areas need researching in order to achieve the original goal.
Good projects (convergent) will have the ability to identify what new areas of research are not actually needed to achieve the goal and start pruning these divergent potential research areas and still achieve the goal. Divergent projects will continue to follow all the branches which really never stop being found.
SAFE for a (long) time was in the divergent stage because of the uniqueness of the project and the requirement for not just finding how to reinvent the wheel, but had to invent many new wheels in order to achieve the original goal. But now the project is in the convergent stage with only the occasional single divergent step that was not identified before.
This is the real exciting time for those who want SAFE since the divergent stage is over and all the components are coming together to form the whole. Yes we tested some components in the past, but they were grossly incomplete but now are becoming complete. For instance the vault we tested in the past, but that was basically a proof of concept with many missing parts, and soon we should have the near complete vault & node to test.
I would have said grab as many as you can but right now i am not sure how this journey will end. Still hoping for the best.
It could go a bit lower but what’s a few cents when there are dollars at stake
It could also go alot higher really easy. Like a few BTC could make a 40% candle no prob. Only question is how much “hidden selling” is there. I think around 1500 you would start to see alot of extra sellers come out of the woodwork. On the other hand if current market depth is really a good representation it won’t take long to see some significant percentage increases (if there is lots of liquidity is another question.) Anyways this is only super short term analysis. In the medium term we got fleming on the horizon so if you don’t buy the absolute bottom don’t worry to much.
Dollars, schmollars. The project is not about money. What’s at stake here is a whole new world order. “Stick it to the man!”
But I do agree that the word “soon” is being used unnecessarily. It’s the sort of crypto marketing talk I disagree with, and I think it might actually be bad from a marketing perspective. Tentative roadmaps are good, but “soon” doesn’t really mean anything, especially when it comes to researching and developing something that has never been done before.
This is the Price and Trading thread. What are we supposed to talk about here - Bananas?
are my favorite fruit. I eat about 1kg a day, they contain a lot of magnesium. How much do you eat?

Please talk about other crypto in https://forum.autonomi.community/t/other-coins-price-trading-topic/20222/629
I also like bananas, but my favorite fruit has to be guava. It can certainly be bought and sold, but the fruit itself is hardly “about” money.
Also, I wasn’t criticizing your post here @Cryptoskeptic.
I like guavas as well, but when they not ripe enough the seeds can be quite hard!
I mostly had guava in the form of juice in Mexico. No problems with the seeds. (Apparently pronounced “Aqua de guayabe” (Sic!) in Oaxaca.)
I wonder when the mods will get tired of this… ![]()
Hush or Rob will hear you! ![]()
Who What Where, who called the mover.
have you all heard of durians?
You probably soon have to switch to an ‘alt’-banana. The current ‘Bitcoin’-banana (Cavendish) has ‘bug’-problems, like the ‘Bitcoin’-banana before it (the Gros Michel).
Oohhhhh durians. Am going for a durian party on thursday evening ![]()
