I would love to know how much Filecoin paid to the various exchanges to get listed when they decided to list. It looks to have paid off
Over the same 6 month period, maid has performed better. About 6x vs 10x.

Probably just trader manipulation.
If you have many many coins, wht not move the market to a range with not much competition, you can then trade >10 % price difference with no one else piggybacking of your trades.

Itās becoming more clear that any real gains are going to have to wait for 2024/2025. We will see some rises and pumps Iām sure but if we look at the big picture, we are not going to be able to see sustained price growth right now.

I donāt believe we are so far away. 2024 is very far, we will see things change a lot sooner, but we need to have a working network and another listing, Binance or relisted on poloniex would make that happen.
A single exchange like Bittrex is just not enough. We need to provide more options, but I know that is not easy right now.
Decentralized exchanges are still a pipe dream, with very little volume I donāt think those will make any difference price wise.

I guess my point was (and this is not criticism) do we really see a working network by say early fall (September/Early October)?

Only the powers at be can answer that question, but with all the recent progress I am hopeful, but I donāt know.

Right which is fine, but if we end this cycle in fall or even EOY, hard to see how we gain any traction until the next one including product readiness, exchanges and other things people have mentioned

Once the data loss issue is fixed, we will have a working network, all be it a slow one, before optimization, but a working one. If you mean a public network release, I think it will happen long before 2024

I agree it will happen long before 2024, but I also donāt believe we will have anything viable before this cycle dies out so I donāt see us gaining any real ground, price wise, until 2024 comes around.
You mean before the bear market hits us again?
That is possible, bears are definitely going to show their faces, the market as a whole is in for a big correction sooner or later!
