We are reaching out to HitBTC to see if we can improve the situation on withdrawal fees, but of course it is their business decision, and one that we don’t have direct control over.
If you are holding on until launch—as the majority of holders are—then I’d encourage you to not hold your tokens on an exchange once you are able to withdraw. There is an excellent thread here on that topic.
