Sorry, just saw this. Would you mind emailing our support team? They’ll sort this out for you.
If you have more tabs open and see only decimal value, you probably remember what is 0.00000972 and what 0.0187
The support team didn’t seem to understand that the problem was uploading anything at all. They just keep talking about image quality. Anyway, I managed to upload the pictures using Firefox. Now I’m just waiting for them to be processed and accepted or rejected based on quality. Using Brave I could not upload anything. That was the real problem.
I think a phone number may be required for authentication, even though the field is not marked with an asterisk (*). I’m writing this here instead of just to the support e-mail in order to let the forum know about my experiences.
EDIT: I just realized the Chainrift site doesn’t understand Unicode. That is a problem, because my address contains the character “ä”.
I see no way of updating my address, in case it changes.
It feels like the site still needs testing and some developer work.
I am now verified. Support responded quickly, albeit not very accurately at first. The processing of the pictures was also quick, once I was able to send them.
Deposits are not working either. I’m guessing they are aware. I’ve tried to contact support
They did have zendesk on the 1st of Jan (which auto responded), but seems to be only email now.
Technical issues are normal for a growing exchange, but an alert or info box on the site for status issues would be
my deposit earlier this afternoon went though and is in my balance now. This must have just come up in the last couple hours. I am sure they will notice and do something soon.
No issues and smooth sailing a few days ago… but I think they are having issues with MAID deposits/withdrawals today.
Just tried to withdraw and was told the address is invalid. It is not.
When I clicked on their link to file a support ticket, I was redirected to this page.
Hi guys,
We are sorry about all the inconvenience we may caused you, our cloud provider had a 4 hour maintenance window which caused all the wallets to lag behind syncing, this is the reason behind the lagging deposits/withdrawals.
As for Zendesk, it was cancelled in favor of an internal emailing/supporting system.
Best regards.
No worries, thank you for such a prompt response here on the forum.
You might want to think about removing the zendesk support link in the automated email.
Done, we’ve missed that one, thanks!
Can you guys add a way to sort my open orders list? At first when I was just getting my toes wet it didn’t matter much. Now I have lots of orders open and it’s really getting difficult to get a good overview of what I have going on.
It seems to sort by date placed right now which is kinda irrelevant IMO. If it just sorted by price I would be satisfied.
If you’re logged in and look at the Buy ladder, all of your orders will be highlighted.
ya that’s what I have been doing but if you are sitting at the same price as someone else the order size can be ambiguous. Also if you jockey your bids around a lot it can be annoying to have to hunt for the right one to cancel
@chainrift
tldr; The exchange will be ‘discover-able’ when our users type its name in the search bar.
On the back of having good interactions with the early CoinMarketCap, last night I hammered through their add exchange request form, out of slight frustration that they were not keeping up with the times.
A good natured response today, they’ve obviously grown to a point its harder to keep up with change and damned processes get in the way of responsiveness but I wonder a step forward. Whether this is actually a change today or already in place not clear to me but I’m encouraged that ChainRift is at least discoverable in the search and perhaps option to build on that.
My having growled at them for so many questions on their form and to do their own research, the reply was:
We will reach out IF we decide to move forward with integration.
In the interim, we have decided to feature this exchange as an ‘untracked listing’ . The exchange will be ‘discover-able’ when our users type its name in the search bar. For more details on the different listing tiers, please see the ‘Listings Criteria’ link in my signature. These have been reproduced below for your ease of reference.
(3) Listing Tiers
Projects that do not meet the minimum requirements MAY still be featured on the site as untracked listings , as outlined in Item (c) below.
- Inactive Listing - Projects that have been set to inactive status due to the absence of market data on at least one (1) CMC-supported exchange or cessation of operations. To qualify for a reactivation review, the project must be able to demonstrate that the asset is actively traded with material volume on at least one (1) CMC-supported exchange.
- Unverified Listing - Projects whose price data show up through automated processes, but have not been reviewed by CMC.
- Untracked Listing - Projects that do not meet the minimum requirements in Section B1/B2 to track market data, but nevertheless exhibit strengths in a number of areas of Section C (Evaluation Framework) below.
- Tracked Listing - Projects that have met the minimum requirements in Section B1/B2 and exhibit strengths in a number of areas of Section C.
For an exchange to be considered for a tracked listing review, it must meet the following prerequisites (Congruence of your API with our ideal samples (items 2.1) would simplify the process of integration):
- A functional website with trading volume that matches its API data.
- Must publish a summary API endpoint that exposes the last price and 24h volume of each cryptoasset.
- See sample of ideal summary API endpoint
- Must be in operation for at least sixty (60) days.
- Must allow traders to place buy and sell orders on an orderbook.
- Must allow users to view all market pairs and order books without the need to log-in to the website.
- Must have a ‘System Status’ page that shows all coin listings/details (e.g. full name, logo, project URL, block explorers).
- Must be able to provide a representative from the exchange with whom we can establish open lines of communication for any clarifications.
- Requests originating from emails that share the domain of the exchange will be prioritized.
Note that these are just the minimum requirements and meeting them does not guarantee a tracked listing, as we benchmark submissions against others in the cohort.
Sincerely,
CoinMarketCap Support
Amazing! We can’t thank you and the Maidsafe community enough for this initiative! We are only short of meeting the minimum requirements for tracked listing by a couple of points, and we will work on that this week.
Is it just me or is the chainrift site down?
and it doesn’t work here too…
I get the security check page but then just a white screen.
