I want it voluntary based. Native tokens earned by contributing resources. Like torrent sharing/ or in games. If a market for tokens pops up naturally outside of the network thats fine but it should not be leading the project.

Uniswap does not give you fiat! So you still need a centralised exchange. What donāt you understand about converting crypto to fiat? Nobody uses crypto to buy ANYTHING real, they use KYC fiat exchanges. Except perhaps on the dark market. I donāt think Autonomi becoming a dark market is going to be allowed to use their ERC20 tokens to exchange goods.They wonāt even be allowed to list on Uniswap.
I do all the time. In fact I pay for just about everything with crypto that I convert to fiat via a non KYC peer to peer exchange (https://localcoinswap.com/) and people deposit straight into my bank account.
I grant itās not for everyone, but works for me.
edit: To be clear though, Iād like to see Bisq get to the next level and more people using it. If Maidsafe adopted it, then I believe it would grow a lot.

Just wait for the copy of the network that suits your tasteā¦ This version is tasked with proving that the technology works, even if it is crushed by regulations, which is highly unlikely due to decentralized exchanges like UniSwap.
This is insane, no one can stop you from creating a pool in UniSwap, even highly hated tokens like Hex are listed, only frontend access is stopped, but it can be easily bypassed by paste the smart contract.
UniSwap is a smart contract. Itās unstoppable.
And your other statements are just conjecture not fact, but even if they turn out to be true itāll just turn up a barter copy of Autonomiā¦ Nothing to lose sleep over.
My hypothesis is that the current version will not be stopped and will be extremely successful, possibly in the worst case the team will be forced to implement a filter for payments through their Ethereum node BUT everyone can run their own Ethereum node and negotiate payments with Autonomies nodes.

I convert to fiat then pay for everything else. I donāt like to hold fiat as it loses value all the time. Iād store more of my earnings in silver, but much more difficult to trade precious metals where I am located than crypto is.

Bisq is a little less centralised than other exchanges. But blockchain is public and most P2P transactions (which are not local) are via centralized banks anyway. I donāt see the point. Bisq exists because regulators donāt really care about it. Autonomi can be shutdown by if they decide they donāt like it. Its harder if the currency is circular, earned by resource contribution, truly decentralized and never needed to be exchanged for fiat. ECR20 isnāt that.
How is Bisq at all centralized? Itās just a peer to peer app that runs on your computer. There isnāt a central server. It doesnāt itself use a blockchain and communicates through Tor. If using it to trade Monero, itās highly anonymous too.

He doesnāt know what heās talking about, see he doesnāt differentiate between the UniSwap frontend and the UniSwap smart contract. He doesnāt understand simple things that after you exchange crypto in UniSwap for USDC, you can send them directly to your bank (Revolut)ā¦

The only thing Iām against with this change is that Maidsafe has set the ERC as a priority - instead of as just another option. and we donāt know when they will get around to the native feeless scalable token that was originally promised.
That said, the ERC can be circular as you can trade the earned ERC peer to peer via uniswap for other tokens or use it on the network to pay for storage directly.
However, youād probably have to earn a LOT before attempting to do much with it as the fee will eat up much of oneās earnings - unless you are running a server farm, which then getās to the real issue of only having an ERC and not the feeless scalable token - why run a node from home or on your phone at all! There is no reason as you wonāt earn enough to be able to trade the token for storage or for anything else. So we will end up with server farms and not a strongly decentralized network.
At least until (and if) they reimplement the feeless scalable token (that they already have used and tested) ā¦ which makes it that much more frustrating.

You need to pay by bank transfer to change crypto to fiat. The banks are centralized. The only bit that is decentralised is finding a partner to trade, the bank does the fiat side. It could choose not to. And maybe it should. Crypto attracts a lot of fraudsters. And thats also why Autonomi should stay away from crypto if it wants to be taken seriously.
Revolut. Again centralised ! No matter how many services you use to pretend its decentralised in the end you always have to go cap in hand to a centralized bank to demand your fiat. Forget making money, the network should exist for its own sake, run by volunteers and contributers who benefit from each other by running nodes. Dependence on crypto is dependence on dodgy exchanges and strict regulation. Crypto is cringe.
Please understand the sheer effort in having options here, not least in exchange rates. It is non trivial and will take an unknowable timescale to do that.

Once again, this is your interpretation. Wait for a copy of the network with the characteristics you want.
People are different, different people want different things.
Nothing in the world is unique, every company, every product has alternatives. Autonomi will also have copies IF it is proven that the technology works. The ERC20 token is perfect to prove it, which will open the way for the version you like.

I can understand your decision to operate a hybrid, private, free and secure.
I donāt know what degrees of financial pressure there may be on it, I donāt even know if there is any in this regard, but it is clear what pressure you may be experiencing
by the enforcement arm of the SEC, whipped up by social predators in order to safeguard the interests of a few and therefore exposed to various harassments and imprisonment and therefore, if not the end of the project, then its hindrance.
Faced with such circumstances of time, danger, etc., opting for the safe solution of continuity at the expense of damaging the project with impurities does not surprise me, especially considering the complexity of the project and the long and arduous road travelled, especially now that we are so close to seeing it come to fruition.
Now, believing that I sense your being and your intelligence, it would make me happy to receive a true nod for the intention of reaching the original and genuine project, and I say a nod because there is no need to wake up the barking dogs regulators.
