Insights of IF voting

Well if I unintentionally made the number even smaller, my sincere appology for not using “possibly” instead of “likely”, despite not using “surely”.

Also, maybe a lot of people tactically wait for that last minute vote. Who knows. Still, not very many.

I’m sorry to say that I didn’t vote for any project. I have been too busy, and the cognitive load for voting was just too much. So many good looking projects combined with fuzzy voting and short time frame was just too much. I didn’t have capacity to go through all the projects and get my head around how significant or insignificant my vote would be either for me (economically) or for the project.

But, I got a new idea! Next time when trying to find the best projects, how about the following process:

  1. Have a thread here in the forum for each project.
  2. People discuss, cheer, etc. to the level of their own understanding.
  3. AI makes a summary of each thread.
  4. AI or humans put different projects in order.

Without money involved the power inequality of participants would be fairer / better, because it would reflect their capability to understand the projects. Also the discussions might be very fruitful and exciting in many ways.

Almost all of the projects do have threads here in the forum where people have been discussing them. As for AI you can copy and paste the threads and the IF pages for each one into Chat GPT to get a summary if you like.

Just lump your ANT onto Autonomi Community Token and enjoy a 19% bonus in August.

Without the Community Token all the other projects are worthy but likely ultimately doomed until the team have time to work on the Native Token,

We can save many months possibly a year by giving all possible support to @loziniak and Autonomi Community Token.

Votes for Autonomi Community Token are costing 0.81 ANT right now.

This noble man gets it^^^ Most of them apps are good-great-useful, but without the native token, we’re still a demo.

Thats actually a 23.46% bonus if it passes

Cost of voting just about doubled there!?!?!?!
Was this in the docs for IF?

I need to urgently rethink my plans now.

Are we going to have to shout “Communication” at the team AGAIN?

Will STASHBAG come storming through because it only costs 1600 ANT for 10k votes?

As we get closer to the end of the voting period the cost goes up.

and not by just a wee bit,

Best to go for

Gets in the top 12 and keeps you under the 50% cut off

Edit: It would have made more sense to increase the lower ranked projects price that haven’t had much backing to stop them leapfrogging the more popular projects.

Alarm, alarm, alarm!!!

…increasing over the critical point. This brain will self destruct in 5 seconds. 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… :collision:

I will reserve judgement until after 12 tomorrow but …
The words “complicated”, “unneccesarily” and “utterly” spring to mind.

It would have made sense if all projects increased in cost equally near the end, but having top projects increase more leads to potential targeted strikes to push others out of the top 12 - assuming these knocked out projects will be too expensive to push back in. All depends on the curve implemented.

What I heard and maybe wrong, is that as a project is pushed out of the top 12 the voting price will have dropped for that project. Sort of price takes in the position as well

Yeah that would make sense. Apparently it doesn’t matter as the fees are astronomical now anyway
