Yes they will turn up… and you can always fund the address with bitcoins. Just be patience, because the Bitcoin Network is slow due to ddos attack.

Should work. Mastercoin/Omniwallet uses bitcoin-addresses as well. So you’ve sent a little transaction on the bitcoin blockchain. The Omni-servers will know that it’s maidsafe coin. I think you need to logout. And login within a few hours (did you confirm the Poloniex transction by mail? You should be fine in the next few hours.
