Edit: I did not discover the issue. latest will not start a network for me.
I use node 0.72.32 and safe 06.8.5 for at the moment if you want to try those @JPL in about 10 minutes

nope been having issues with that too, running NODE_COUNT=12 RUST_LOG=sn_node=trace cargo run --release --bin testnet does work though.

Ah - yes I’m only running 12 nodes. I did notice a couple of days back when I was trying with 20 nodes it was very slow, but 12 nodes were fine.

Yay, nearly 100% sure there is a way so see the xorurl too.
Its freezing up on me, going to need to get that sorted before going futher.

That was fast, it was only a 9 small nodes not meant for real use. Secret must have got out

I got a node to join from home and was just cranking up my cloud VM. Maybe it’s the immature nodes issue mentioned in the Update.
