Where to convert/buy maidsafe

Hi,
Where can I convert my bitcoins to maidsafe? Or where can I buy maidsafe?
I used to convert on changelly, but its not working now…
I stay in Dubai, and Im not a highly tech person, I just want the simplest possible way to do this investment…

There are two markets for BTC listed in detail of coinmarketcap

Hitbtc works well enough, I don’t know the other.
Problem perhaps is volume atm as so many are just holding with the price not reflecting the potential but it seems there is option for hidden volumes now so not obvious always what is available.
