So the FED bought all the bad assets of First Republic … but instead of leaving at that and allowing First Republic bank continue with it’s good assets … The FED instead gave all the good assets to JP Morgan – this is out and out theft.
For any of you that had any reservations about the US Gov (of which the FED is their hammer) being completely out and out FASCIST. You have zero excuses to claim so any longer.
The US gov. is a FASCIST oligarchy managed by criminals.

This news isn’t too good. If other companies and institutionals are in the same boat - having financed BTC purchases instead of investing excess capital, then BTC price could be in trouble. Hopefully this article by itself doesn’t drive the price lower.
If Microstrategy can hold out until next year and the coming halving, then any sales of BTC would be into the bull market surrounding the halving and perhaps reduce the possibility of a BTC price crash.
Meanwhile … Banks keep on falling one by one in US.

I kind of dread this. I wipe and reinstall my devices and travel to different part of the planet and with the current system with username and password Google sometimes refuses to believe me.
If I break or lose my phone for example I would then be completely screwed. I’ve left my phone elsewhere before and was not able to do the identify number on your phone.
I see nothing but pain.

Why use Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Twitter, Facebook blah blah blah? 
I get that some have to do so because of their employer’s policy, but in that case the employer is responsible for any difficulties this creates. Otherwise it’s on you.
