What’s up today? (Part 2)

So … I hear the UK has a approved an experiment to reduce sunlight … don’t know how people feel about such an endeavor, so thought I’d ask.

If it’s not a joke, just another reason we should all just go extinct and make room for less stupid life to flourish.

Well aware, the world unfortunately has a fair few of these “smart folk” making decisions for the rest of us.

Who asked your opinion on dimming your sun?

Insanity.

But it’s for your well-being @scottefc86

Whats the plan here, dim the sun only over the UK or are they planning to dim my sun too?

Soon there will be a gang of supporters of this, I propose we call the dimwits.

Not sure if the person in charge of x posts (@Gill_McLaughlin maybe) is aware that posts with links leading off the platform will have less reach than posts that keep users on the platform.

The algo does not aim to spread posts directing users off x.

What’s going on in the UK, experiments dimming the sun, and now sorry, you can’t have clean solid nuclear energy because of … rats … really, that’s their excuse.

I suppose like all governments, the UK has an infestation of sociopaths who want to put their boot on the necks of the population. No energy for you!

UK dimming the Sun sounds a lot like Greenland adding some snow.

All fine here in UK. At least nothing like some seem to think. There’s so much nonsense said on certain centralised platforms, and so many people willing to share it that you might well think otherwise.

The real shit, which isn’t being reported on those platforms, why?, is happening in the US.

The UK may follow, but for now things are a nowhere near as batshit as they are in the USA.

But that’s all I’m going to say about it here. Believe what you want to believe, it’s your choice.

I’ve noticed much clearer skies since USAID closed down. Coincidence?

In portugal. Just got power and internet back. WTF is going on? How can 2 countries lose power like that?

Not confirmed but I read that it has something to do with the French grid going into Spain/Portugal.

Chemtrails?

Apparently Spain and Portugal were running on 80% solar and wind and then lost 60% of the power in 5 seconds.

Are renewables still in beta?

Since when does it get suddenly dark everywhere combined with wind dying down..? Oo

Oh well - at least renewables don’t tend to blow up and spread radioactive emissions…

LOL - watched some other projects doing the same thing over a decade ago, maybe 2 decades. They did some real life stuff over the oceans etc. Didn’t do much at all. So this is a storm in tea cup stuff and huge fears are totally unfounded, it anything it is marginal at most, if even measurable. Painting roads white and mandating all house roofs are white would have 1000 times the effect.
