I don’t read anything about SAFE or Maidsafe, can you show me where he mentions it?
People have problems running safe_vault binaries because of different system routines especially beginners. There are lots of explanations for running testing and debugging Linux safe_vault binaries using different Linux tools. But beginners Windows 10 users can not get this joy :). So I am telling that there is no much time left to join the party 
easily reproduce steps that Linux users do.
