The symbol for XOR is ⊕ which is an ancient one, denoting the Earth.
The Earth is a globe and, as I’ve previously noted, XOR space suggests geodesic relationships.
It would not be hard to tack together SVG’s of the symbol in a vector graphic application such as Adobe Illustrator (Windows, OSX) or Inkscape (Linux), in the form of a net, such as I posted previously (which I had found on the Internet).
Notice that the symbol is a side-on representation of a globe bisected by two great circles (i.e., circles whose center and radius is the same as that of the Earth). One could draw a globe bisected similarly, but tilted a bit to bring out its three-dimensionality.
