The instructions say - update your wallet but there is no information on what to do with the ANTs obtained on the last test network. It is possible to stay with the same address and change the network to Arbitrum One, and should something be done with these tokens?

Yes, you can use the same wallet and change the network.
You don’t have to do anything with the test tokens. They are now defunct. Rewards will be calculated and sent to your wallet address.

I’ve had a payment for storing data which was for 0.000000002 ANT.
But I think I’ve also had one of the new rewards for keeping a node running and it is 68.49315068 ANT!
Am I the first to go public on getting one?
It’s going to be rather hard to track down which node won it even if that is possible. But I’m glad to have got it!

Seems to be the random rewards in place before emissions come online.
In discord we discovered them (Texastoast did first) a couple hours ago and caught them as they dropped
