I’m just waiting for a new testnet myself, so I can upload my new “site” built with my newly learned, albeit extremely basic, html/css skills. Haha. Quite the upgrade from my last attempt, which was an empty page with two audio clips on it, although still very basic.

@Melvin pointed me to the fact that crust is now at version 0.13.0
Fantastic update to crust! It’ll be cool seeing a few test nets running with the community as well as the main ones run by the MaidSafe team.
Having separate test networks going forward should be great for trying out new concepts without risking disruption to the main network.
Looking forward to the next community test
Preparations for a test 3 release? Today maybe?
The most important about Crust is the beginning of the Async. Refactor using MIO. This is a very big step.
That task is complete correct?

Only part of it It’s a pretty big task, so maybe a few days. Wont stop next test, but are looking daily at that just now. Lots of changes and great feedback so many many small changes coming next test.

Is today the official unofficial testnet 3 day
Maybe unofficial testnet 2.1, as I guess testnet 3 will include all of the changes following test 2 from MaidSafe, while this test net only includes some parts (assuming it’s not just the V2 test running privately?).
Yes community test is great but I think its safe to assume its not robust enough to run for any significant amount of time without problems. Perhaps Im too optimistic in another Maidsafe release so quick.
Heard of bigger strides being made for Test 3, hence it wasn’t released a few days ago.
But maybe on everyone’s favorite Tuesday? Not to pressure or anything. …
… Tuesday update followed by Test 3 a day or two later would be just as well.

We had a community test net the last few days. Didn’t you notice?
yes i noticed but i was too late for that 
… had some busy days … (i had a vault running in the community test net for a while too [laptop] =) but that was a slow connection so… my next contribution of resources will be more powerful )
Personally I’m finding the process of how to get a vault up and running rather complicated. Then factor in the fact it’s a test network on top of it and it gets even more complicated. I think there needs to be more documentation and a clearer step by step guide released to go with any software released.
