I kept screenshots of everything and now I need someone on Autonomi’s end to tell me what happened. At the beginning of this year I made several large swaps from MAID to ANT. All of them went through except the largest and they were all done on the same day. Who can I work with to figure out what happened?

The most likely thing you will need to do is redo the process, missing out the MAID burn, but do the other steps of signing a message and submitting the form
Obviously you cannot do the burn again but that is not needed. You can still do another signing of the message which will result in a different signature. It seems that sometimes the signature does not work but redoing it seems to most times.

I saw Rusty responded. In all cases I’ve heard about you will need to resubmit the original form again anyhow. That missing burn form only gets them to look for the original submission form but usually they need you to resubmit the burn form with a new signature.
Personally I would just do the signature again and resubmit the burn form AND in addition do the missing burn form.
