that must be the smart way to do it im guessing safe networks switch comnet
clears all the old chunks ?

Ok :ok_hand:

No it just ensures that the node is looking at the correct connection info.
You need to rm -rf ~/.safe/node/root_dir to clear the old chunks

haha must have subconsciously selected a good colour !!

I kept forgetting which SSH window was which so that was the solution a Celtic node

Ok then I’ll just upload some (small) stuff

BegBlagSteal.mp3 works.

whatyoulookingat.jpg works (and looks pretty much exactly like one of my late chickens. I’ll PUT her here once I get around to it.).

dont give up
looks like you need to do a manual port forward on your router
see the line in the mesage you get when you start the node that reads ➤ 343278… Joining as a new node (PID: 25085) our socket: 93.9.80.102:64514, bootstrapper

so for that node you would have had to forward port 64514 on your router to the internal ip of your node

the port changes every time so start the node get the port and go straight into your router to do the port forward before it times out
