Has anybody looked at NOIA ? My first thought was that the safenetwork covers all of what it offers but also so much more.

There are similarities certainly. I’m not technical enough to say whether it’s viable or not (and not many details are given anyway beyond it being based on ETH smart contracts), but I think its a smart move to target the CDN market.
So it is same kind as Arweave?
I’m not sure, friend. I haven’t researched either in details. Noai just gave me a few thousand dollars for free and I took them…
