A marketplace for users to interact with experts in their field, & spend Safecoins on projects they’d like done.
From full blown apps, to small tasks like ‘make Mailchimp work with this form I have’, or ‘help me code foo’.
Technical support tasks like ‘help me configure my router’, ‘harden my linux box’, or ‘troubleshoot foo’.
Web devs could get hooked up with graphic designers, marketers, webapp devs, etc. for tasks/projects of all sizes. From just a logo design to full site/branding management.
With built in desktop sharing, app store submissions, etc.
Could be built into the SAFESpace browser in the form of a ‘Live Help’ button like on Amazon tablets.
I’m imagining there are people like me who would like to build apps, but don’t code. And there are surely many more who have ideas, but aren’t going to go through the trouble of registering on a Freelance site & fielding proposals to build their project.

A remote app platform, to allow users to offload resource intensive apps to the cloud, thus freeing their computers’ resources for locally run tasks. Like Windows RemoteApp.
Maybe even whole VMs that can appear to be running locally, but operate entirely over the network, using SAFENet resources.
An automated backup app that has the features of the zfs filesystem, but maybe more. File checksumming, deduplication, compression, versioning, plus maybe delta based uploading like git.
A legacy website upload interface. Virtual webservers kindof. So I can still use Dreamweaver or whatever else to design sites like I’m used to, but can upload it to an ftp address interfacing into SAFENet’s hosting/publishing system.

A mobile video recording app that saves directly to the cloud. So the perpetrators who you just filmed beating an unarmed kid to death can’t come up to you & confiscate your phone to destroy the evidence.

I’m making an app request.

And I do not drive so autonomous vehicles would be of serious interest to me. But I don’t want some big car company, or Google, or some other computing company, or the government having all my travel and car data. In short my app request is to make a maidsafe autoomous vehicle app that stores all your data on the maidsafe network, is hopefully native to the maidsafe network, and is competitive with the corporate brands. I want to be anonymous, secure and free. Also consider having an open source software (and hardware) autonomous vehicle. That would be quite a bit cheaper than the name brand and I’d say more secure too.

Yes but you know this might have the nasty reprisal of having the camera owner targeted for vengence/intimidation even smart contracts that activate upon death only work once and not every camera owner is that zealous. Just saying it could be a two edged sword.
