Maidsafe mentioned by the biggest figure of the Czech anarcho-capitalist scene Urza. He used to be a programmer, but 3 years ago he switched to full time fighting for volunteerism. Just to make it clear for some, even though he definitely is a freedom-lover, he is not a fascist. Simply cause he dispies socialism, state authority, and especially authoritative regimes.
He said MAID is one part of his portfolio besides BTC, LTC and XMR. As far as I know, he is in for at least 4 years. He is deep in the crypto community and is a personal friend of figures like Slush (founder of the worldâs first mining pool) who will be on his youtube channel next Friday.
He explained he liked how it was done, which makes the reason behind his liking of Maid really hard to decipher, as it is not done. Perhaps he meant liking the logo?
Its definitelly not a surface thing. He buys into projects based on ideology, which was also said in the video.
What is not in the video is a fact (but you have to trust me on this), he understands killer app for blockchain is money. He also knows MAID has a unique take on technical solution, is not blockchain based and will scale once its ready.
I dont know if he is active here but assuming he have spoken about the project as Maidsafe, he is not up to date.
Because gold by its very nature is decentralised. I can go pan for it, I can go mine for it, I can scan for it with one of those machines in the outback, I can pay someone who does so for it, I can buy it on eBay, or any other 1000 marketplaces online, I can buy it in jewelry form anywhere in the world, I can buy it from thousands of different brokers, dealers or physical markets. Most people you know have some whether they know it or not, heck it is inside your computer right now. Its found on every continent. And secondly because it has been real money for over 5000 years, Bitcoin and crypto as much as I love them are untested long-term. So if you take the best parts of both, combine them you have something more solid than the current fraudulent system.
Donât confuse what I am saying. I am not saying I think there will be some totally and completely decentralised global currency and we are all on fair and equal grounds and we strip ourselves completely from the grips of the elite. This is a pipe dream. Maybe in another thousand years, maybe.
But yes I think if we are to be really truly free we need to decentralise as much as we can. But as a I was saying that as a side note, to that I am saying we need a real currency backed by something real that the overlords cannot just print out of thin air, you canât print gold and silver which is why its been a solid form of money for so long.
But donât just listen to me. If you think I am nuts, some bodies around the world are considering this very thing. Jim Rickards talks about and so do many others.
Or maybe we will see some more volume soon⊠I would not be surprised if price felt again, but what I expect some more volume on the market since we saw the first crack of cartel.
One day it will go up and never come to these levels again. And that day everyone will get their analysis wrong. But no one will give a rats ass since weâll all be rich
