Hi I invested in maidsafe in 2011/12 and I’m struggling with all the changes that are happening. How do I get my original maidsafe tokens transferred to my wallet. I have tried to email maidsafe multiple times for guidance/help but haven’t received any reply so I’m wondering if you’re able to help @dirvine @Bux

Sounds likely that you have MAID (Omni) tokens. Have you looked at this documentation?

Thanks @bytes ive had a look at the documentation and I don’t physically have the maidsafe coins to follow that and I don’t know how to get them transferred from maidsafe to myself to allow me to transfer them to my wallet if that makes sense

It’ll be a shareholding rather than tokens, as the original TGE was in 2014.

If you invested in 2011/12 you’ll have a shareholding and not tokens.

You will receive tokens based on your shareholding in the coming 6 months.

Did you receive a shareholder letter from MaidSafe about the process?
