Some crypto user tell me that network is almost finished and its about fixing bug now. My question is: is roadmap on internet refreshed? Because there I see a lot of? unfinished things.

I’m not sure which roadmap you are looking at. I believe their main one is at safenetwork.tech.
They are mostly done with the actual development. From a new development standpoint, I believe they really only have the farming piece left before a “fully functioning” network should be developed. Once they have a “fully functioning” network, they still want to develop live upgrades, but where that actually falls in the timeline for network release is unknown at this point.
Other than that they are working on integration, optimization, and bug squashing which is really an unpredictable amount of time. They are already working on these things in parallel with the farming development, so work is getting done across the board.
