I am struggling to understand how far maidsafe has gone and how far it is from being fully launched. Is there an explanation of the http://maidsafe.net/roadmap ? I mean which parts of each bundle have been completed?

It’s a fair criticism and a new roadmap is something that we are working on and will be rolling out in the new year. As @anon40790172 suggests, the best place for updates right now is in the dev update threads.
