I like this very much, it is much better than ipfs maybe,but can it be blocked in china. i mean, somebody deployed the SAFE network, will be traced and located by someone. i think it is impossible,but want a certain answer

No, it should be unbockable. Vaults use random ports and traffic is encrypted in transit.
Bulk scanning open ports to see if vault is listening will be fruitless too, as they only talk to other vaults and clients talking in the right protocol.
They may be able to block the maidsafe bootstrap servers, but clients can connect to other nodes on the network, including those they knew about from previous sessions.
In short, they will be trying to block moving, illusive and numerous targets.
