Counterparty is a system where tokens, coins, etc. can be traded completely p2p. It uses the bitcoin blockchain, no centralized server (Regie’s system uses centralized datafeeds). So on Counterparty anyone can create a con, tokens, pay dividend etc. A company like Swarm corp uses it in a good way. others are just creating coins out for fun, or to trick people which they did with Maidsafe coins.
Well thats not helpful and appears to border on fraud.
