Well done to all involved! This is a great day. I have a feeling this will be one of those, ‘Where were you when…’ moments. Unfortunately for me the answer will be ‘out for the day away from computers’. But I’m here now!
I wish I’d been involved from the start but I think I’d have become disillusioned with the long wait. I don’t know how the team and the community kept going in the face of adversity. In the last 3 years though I think I’ve learnt a lot about people as well as technology.
A few years ago I was saying to my friends and family I want to spend less time in front of a computer and I find it hard to explain to them why I spend so much time on this. They have no frame of reference yet. I think they will understand one day when it starts to affect their lives in positive ways as well.
It’s the vision of the project, the clarity and honesty of the team and the engagement with an active and engaged community that makes Autonomi special.

Thanks everyone else, but this is all the current teams work, @chriso has been a giant in these releases and deserves 
and more for his work here. The devs have been incredible, @joshuef has been pulled in so many ways fast and @AJ_MS has been all over legals and accepting etc. @JimCollinson as usual in comms with all the new folks as well.
It’s a team that built this year and pushed hard. The devs must be in a headspin like no other, but it will pay off very well very soon.
And lastly all you folks, those who support the project over all this time, those who agree with me and those who don’t. I love the fact even the closest of us can disagree with such conviction, but retain discourse that is both respectful and at the same time caring.
It’s a great thing we are building and with even this start of the network in this creep forward at speed way we will now get the api’s not only easy but make them standard in the industry via some pretty quick moving additions and engaging steps. This will happen at speed as well allowing folk to build apps in minutes. This is the goal, maybe even build apps on demand and throw them away. We will get to that place now and we will do it quickly.
Lots and lots to do here and the pressure is not off till after January.
Let’s all plough on and get this, not launched, but get it everywhere.

Thats odd, the number I am looking at comes from metrics/logs.
Still though, it seems a far more logical and sustainable number of unlikely jam packed nodes. I think its good.

Do you know why the upload b/w is ever so high now. 25 nodes upload is equivalent to 100 previously and 25 is maxing the upload more than 100 did previously. My CPU is like a few percent only (24 core cpu)
And the network is basically idle too which makes me wonder. And concerned that later I will have too many nodes running for the upload b/w

Could it just be that the network is expanding at the moment and there is a lot of redistribution of data going on?

Not really the network hasn’t grown much since that initial stage. Doubling the network is not so b/w hungry on each node as when it was starting up getting 100 times bigger over a couple of hours.
And for hours now it has only grown by 10 or 25 %
