You need to use that with ādweb serveā, similar to ant-cli:
dweb --max-fee-per-gas <MAX_FEE_PER_GAS> serve

Yeah - but its not showing next to my posts/shouts. This is after saving the profile, closing and reopening Atlas
@Southside I had to fight with my avatar a bit I used the image from the forum avatar by right clicking and saving the image straight from the forum then uploading it and it worked that way.

Dweb on Windows for Dweb Publishing & Atlas use
- follow this guide to set up Metamask an ANT compatible wallet. https://docs.autonomi.com/ant/using-ant/holding/how-to-create-a-metamask-wallet
- add a small amount of ANT and ETH or visit the community faucet for small top up to get you started. Community Faucet Live!
- then get your private key from meta mask by going to Account Details then click the tab account details then the button show private key to show the private key.
- open file explorer and navigate to home folder C:\Users<YOUR USER NAME>
create a new folder called dweb. - download dweb-amd64.exe from. https://github.com/happybeing/dweb/releases
- open your download folder and cut dweb-amd64.exe.
- paste it into the folder we created at C:\Users<YOUR USER NAME>\dweb
- rename the file dweb-amd64.exe to dweb.exe if you donāt see the .exe when you are renaming donāt add it you have file extensions hidden.
- inside the dweb folder right click and select open in terminal to open the first power shell terminal.
- in first PowerShell terminal set the private key of meta mask wallet for dweb to use with autonomi type command
$env:SECRET_KEY="<YOUR META MASK PRIVATE KEY>" - in first PowerShell terminal run dweb by typing command
./dweb serve - first run may fail if dweb is blocked by anti virus or windows defender click unblock / allow and try again second time is the charm.
- inside the dweb folder right click and select open in terminal to open a second PowerShell terminal
- in second power shell terminal type
./dweb open atlas - in second power shell terminal type
./dweb list-namesto list all available names of sites to load direct from dweb that can also be opened with./dweb open <NAME>
on first opening of Atlas be patient and give it time to set up your profile then add some people to follow to see the links of what has been shared.

@Toivo I just started fresh with a wallet holding less funds than yours and everything completed just fine. You are failing at POST /ant-0/scratchpad-private.
I have heavily bastardized scratchchat to make this, leaving Mark as the only hope at telling us why. You are able to create an account on scratchchat, right?

The only thing I can think of is that dweb is not using the right secret key.
@Toivo, you mentioned it asked for your password which means that it didnāt pick up the SECRET_KEY value from the terminal.
So, before running dweb serve. Please try env | grep SEC and check it says something like:
$ env | grep SEC
SECRET_KEY=a6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Make sure that is the correct key and then run dweb serve in the same terminal. If dweb asks for your password, I donāt think that it can have found the SECRET_KEY variable, or perhaps the key is not valid.

Are those the values which are printed out when you start dweb serve?
If not what is printed at the start?
They are ballpark figures. Same amount of numbers, and the first number is within plus/minus 1 range. (I DMād you earlier the exact numbers, that are very slightly different from these.) Yeah, Iām inconsistently paranoid about my privacy. 
I closed dweb and restarted as per your instructions. Last time and this time Dweb didnāt ask for password and the secret key matches. The balances are as above.
Awesome site works, but neither Atlas nor Scratchchat does. Scratchchat has been working previously, maybe a week or two ago. I may have updated my system in between, but I donā remember for sure.

Console output in screencapture. It says something about Metamask. Iām not using Metamask, but a wallet created with Autonomi CLI. Could this be the reason? It has worked with Scratchchat previously.

Hmmm, OK I recreated it. Iāll take the blame for being a naughty boy and not keeping up with dweb changes. 
I was still on a older version, now that I updated I see the issue too.
Will get back with you, once I catch up.
Life at the front-lines can be hard.. maidsafe and dweb keep you on your toes..
