Might be interesting to dig into and provide a comparison with SAFE Browser (@Maidsafe?)

We have to do something about this and it have, as I can see, only three solutions, win the trademark war, exclude the US market or have the coin called something else in US, or change name for all markets to something else. This is very serious matter! In this world people trade coins on exchanges and we need to be on thoose exchanges. Please don’t joke about this question because it very serious. This problem needs solution.

@dugcampbell I tag you in this one, if you have any new information about the safecoin trademark problem.

If I recall correctly Maidsafe has applied for worldwide safecoin trademark a year or more back. So I gather a ruling is imminent.

Not from today, but good listen:

If Yang wins in America, he might be the best one for setting clear frameworks for SAFE companies etc, which other countries would hopefully follow.

Just as a person he always has great discussions about AI, robots, the future, etc.

Really captivating talk about future tech and how it can influence basic human society soon.

Apple doing a Facebook Libre soon?

Keep those irons in the fire, Maidsafe. Investors with vision should be keeping a close eye on SAFENetwork developments.

As this guy said… https://aantonop.com/

There will be 3 competing coin types.

  1. sovereign country coins.
  2. corporate coins.
  3. true private crypto coins.

I wouldn’t touch any Facebook /apple coin.
Coin types 1 and 2 above, you need the permission of someone to be bankable and spend your coins. At any moment they can kick you out of the game.

Coin type 3 which covers bitcoin and maidsafe is true freedom.

Maidsafe not only covers the money problem.
Maidsafe also will truly democratise data. Double whammy.

Apple and Facebook can’t hold a candle to Maidsafe.

Apple… What are they coin to call their currency?
Pips?

We will see whether Maidsafe or the Safenetwork will bring us all these things. I’ll believe that when I see it. I dont mean Alpha 2 I mean the Safenetwork fully operative.
