So if a government would cut off the internet, we should have our own solutions to communicate.

To be honest I don’t really worry about external threats the real threat to Maidsafe is if we don’t get creative. If Maidsafe makes the current internet obsolete. People will basically beg to be on the Maidsafe network, so no matter what government or whoever want to say…
If we can provide a faster and safe environment for the internet of things
And tools to improve peoples lives there are no threats
