Will someone confirm this is not the Safecoin that will be used in SAFE network.
Or is it?

It is not. SAFE Coin will only exist on the SAFE Network.

It’s most likely someone just trying to trick people into buying it. If you check the following link - SafeCoin price today, SAFE to USD live, marketcap and chart | CoinMarketCap there isn’t a website listed for it or a bitcointalk.org link posted in it’s place. It all looks really suspicious to me.
