SEC is “Safe Exchange Coin” which belongs to an application project run by @dallyshalla and has its own forum http://safe.exchange/
This project’s token is currently MAIDsafecoin which will be converted on a 1:1 basis to a coin called SAFEcoin when the network is live and tested.
