Go to omniwallet.org and create a wallet using the same BTC address you orginally used on blockchain.info to send funds to the project. You should be able to see your decorum listed on the overview page.

I checked this, and it should be possible to prepare an unsigned Omni transaction in Omni wallet by using the “armory offline address” feature. But I tested it just now and it only returns “unknown error” when making use of this feature. So I think the best thing we can do is that you go into your coinbase wallet and sign a message with the text:
“Please send all the PDC meant for address 3CD1QW6fjgTwKq3Pj97nty28WZAVkziNom to address X instead”
Where you replace X with a omniwallet address of your choice.
Then post that signed message in this thread.
